Meditation can seem daunting-BUT it is really quite easy BECAUSE there is no wrong way to meditate. Just….
Close your eyes.
Sit or lye still (whatever is most comfortable for you!)
Be aware of your breathing.
Whenever a thought enters your mind (which will happen OVER and OVER again… this is TOTALLY normal!) revert back to focusing on your breath
Meditate for as long as you would like!
Be prepared to feel revitalized and calm at the end of your meditation. *Be prepared for strong emotions that may arise when you meditate. Allowing yourself to feel these emotions will allow any negative emotions to arise and move out of you. This is where your healing will take place!
